We collect only what we need, and nothing more.

We do not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics 4 may set cookies on your device as described above. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until Bouqlet closes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] and we will remove your record within 7 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

Data submitted through Tally is processed within the EU. Google Analytics data is processed in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Children and minors

Bouqlet is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our waitlist, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We may also notify waitlist members by email.
